Biographie:

De 2018 à 2021, j’ai travaillé au sein de la Startup Innopain, dans le but d’un développement d’un candidat médicament antalgique activant le canal potassique TREK1. Ensuite, entre 2021 et 2024, j’ai été chargés d’études pour la Startup Alsacienne Domiconus afin de (re)découvrir des molécules à visée antalgique provenant du cône marin. Enfin, depuis 2024, j’ai intégré le laboratoire Neuro Dol en tant qu’assistant ingénieur, Inserm, dans l’équipe de Pr. Dallel, où je participe aux différents projets de recherche de l’équipe (migraine et douleur céphalique).

Techniques Utilisées:

Etude comportementale, immunohistochimie, biologie moléculaire et électrophysiologie

Compétences Techniques:

  • Culture cellulaire (lignées cellulaires ; culture primaire neurones et cellules satellites gliales murines)
  • Immunomarquage (peau, tumeur, et DRG murins)
  • Analyses comportementales (modèle de douleur inflammatoire chronique, neuropathique et migraine chez la souris)
  • Imagerie/flux calcique/potassique (microscopique et via screening)
  • Biologie moléculaire (Dosages, ELISA, RT-qPCR…)
  • Chirurgie (Rat et souris)
  • Formations d’étudiants de différents niveaux (BUT, Master, Doctorat et post-doctorat)
