Biography:

From 2008 to 2013, I worked in the Neurophysiology and New Microscopies laboratory in the laboratory of Serge Charpak, in the Ropert/Oheim team. Since 2014, I have joined the Neuro Dol laboratory in Pr. Dallel’s team. I participate in various research projects of the team, in particular on the role of astrocytes in inflammatory skin hypersensitivity and migraine in rodents.

Technical skills:

  • SDS Page and WB
  • Cell culture (cell lines; murine neurons and astrocytes)
  • Immunolabeling (murine brain and marrow)
  • Analysis behavioral (chronic inflammatory, neuropathic and migraine pain model in rats)
  • Surgery
  • Microscopy (confocal and epifluorescence microscope)
  • Training for new arrivals

Functions:

  • Master Pro Physiology Cellular and Molecular Biology PBCM Poitiers (2007)
  • INSERM study engineer (2009)

Responsibilities:

  • Prevention and OHS Assistant
