Biographie:

Thématique de Recherche:
Je m’intéresse à l’implication du métabolisme du tryptophane (précurseur de la sérotonine et de la kynurénine) et des récepteurs d’aryl hydrocarbone (AhR) dans : – l’initiation et/ou la persistance de la neuroinflammation au niveau du système nerveux central durant la chronicisation de la migraine. – la résistance aux triptans chez certains patients migraineux non répondeurs ou répondeurs partiels. J’étudie aussi les mécanismes sous-jacents à la photophobie associée à la migraine.
Techniques Utilisées:
Endomicroscopie associée à l’imagerie calcique (Inscopix), immunohistochimie et microscopie confocale, comportement (évaluation de la douleur, des troubles anxio-dépressifs, des troubles cognitifs), biologie moléculaire (western blots, ELISA), électrophysiologie.

Biostatistique appliquée et modélisation en sciences pour la sante et en formations paramédicales, ainsi que les neurosciences et la biophysique, au sein du Service de Biophysique et Mathématiques Pharmaceutiques de la Faculté de Pharmacie.
