I was fortunate to benefit from early training in research via the training offered by the Inserm Liliane Bettencourt school. So, I completed my Master 1 internship in 2004 within Neuro-Dol and I have always been a member of this unit since that date. I completed my Master 2 under the supervision of Dr Bouhassira in Boulogne Billancourt, then my university thesis between 2013 and 2016, in co-direction between the two previous teams. I have a particular interest in the pathophysiology and treatment of headaches and neuropathic pain. My research theme is part of the “Physiopathology of migraine” axis. My objective is to be able to offer new treatments for pain, in particular via the repositioning of molecules already used, the testing of new molecules, and the use of neuromodulation techniques for analgesic purposes. The exploitation of large databases also allows advances in the understanding of painful pathologies and the optimization of treatments (post-doctoral work in 2020 under the supervision of Professor Choinière, Montreal, Canada). I obtained an Interface Inserm hospital contract in 2023, which allows me to have more time for teaching and research for the period 2024/2029.
